Tec Accessories Return Policy?
TEC Accessories offers a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy on all products. If not satisfied with a purchase, for any reason, customers can arrange a return/refund. In addition, all products carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
The return policy lasts 30 days for non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Please note, the TEC Mystery Boxes are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless it is a defect issue.
